CNC Routing

For large sheet materials including woods and plastics we have a 4’x4′ CNC router. In the past it has made signs, furniture, molds for casting, arcade cabinets, and foam forms for fiberglass. Contact us if you have a project for it or any questions!

Secondary Processes

We can anodize your aluminum or titanium parts after machining if requested. This provides a tough, scratch resistant oxide layer which can made in a variety of colors.

Powder Coating

We can powder coat your parts for a thick, durable protective coating- typically much tougher than conventional paint.

For the ultimate in flatness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy we can surface grind your machined parts.

We are not a dedicated welding and fab shop, but we are happy to do light MIG, TIG, or Stick welding as needed.

If we are manufacturing your parts and you would like them assembled so you have finished units upon receiving your product, feel free to reach out to us. We can assemble and package your products so they are ready to go immediately upon receipt.
